| Mount Adams is only
accessible to hikers, as the entire area is a
protected wilderness.
The "Ice Cave" near
Trout Lake, WA has ice inside all year.

| Unfortunatelly I couldn't go
deep into the Ice Cave, since the
entire ground was covered in ice. Without
spikes it was just too dangerous to proceed.
The cave is about 1 km long and certainly
worth coming back better prepared. |

| There are several lava tubes near
Trout Lake, WA. Most of them have collapsed over
time, but in some places they left natural
bridges behind. |
